Rotary Young Chef competition

In December, 11 students from St Andrew's took part in the 2018/19 local heat of the Rotary Young Chef competition. The young men each produced individual and different meals of up to three courses to impress the judges during the 3 hour competition. They were then judged on their eye for the healthy choices of dishes, their table decoration and presentation skills. The standards were very high and the judging panel were very impressed. Ms Sharpe the student Food Technology teacher was delighted and very proud of her young chefs and the efforts they put into the event. Harry Larney was judged star chef and will go forward to the district semi-finals in Chichester in January
