To support the school in monitoring and tracking any COVID cases, please include the following details in the contact form below.  This will be sent directly to the Reporting COVID inbox.
 

 

• Full name of the student  

• ​Year group and tutor group of the student 

• Whether the test was a Lateral Flow Test or PCR 

• The date the test was taken 

• If a PCR test, the return to school date of your child 

 

• Whether your child is well enough to undertake hybrid lessons

Lessons will be available within your child's 'classwork' sections of Satchel:One, and work can be submitted here if requested.  Work will be marked in line with policy, and therefore not all tasks will receive feedback.
